This menu is aimed at people looking for individual nutrition consultations. 
  • A no obligation 'starter' allows you to have an introductory chat to determine whether you feel you would benefit from ongoing support.   
  • If you wish to continue to the 'main course', some medical and personal questions will help formulate strategies and eating plans to help you meet your weight / health goals.  Advice will be tailored to each individual with time taken to explain how your food choices impact both your physical and mental health.  Guidance on goal setting and how to make changes to suit individual circumstances, such as budget, dietary restrictions, time constraints etc.
  • Ongoing online support is available via a facebook group but if you would like further one to support, take advantage of our side dishes and dessert appointments.  These provide the opportunity to re-focus, discuss and troubleshoot barriers or hurdles and plan for ongoing health / weight maintenance.  
Set meal plans offer packages that provide regular support at a reduced cost.  There are 3 options; The Basic, The Foodie and The Connoisseur, ideal for those who like extra accountability and regular contact.

Cookery demonstrations / cook-a-long sessions
Not everyone has the skills, confidence or knowledge to cook good food from scratch.  Seeing how easy it is to make a variety of dishes is really empowering, especially if they get to take part, cooking and tasting the food.  Sessions can be carried out anywhere there is electricity and running water, all equipment can be provided for small group sessions

Healthy eating workshops 
Practical and interactive workshops can bring the topic of nutrition to life.  Being told what constitutes a healthy meal is different from seeing examples and getting 'hands on' with resources.  These can be tailored to meet the needs of the audience, based on age, learning ability, health etc


Regular group meetings to help facilitate behaviour change
Working with groups of people who can help motivate each other, these groups help to provide accountability and provide individual goal setting opportunities alongside group challenges. Ideal for any group from corporate teams looking to improve their employees health and therefore productivity, along with team building to a group of friends wishing to feel their best before a holiday.
