My approach

A real food approach with no: expensive testing, expensive supplements, expensive ingredients.
Uncomplicated nutrition for people wanting to lose weight, feel healthier and help prevent chronic disease  
Many of our beliefs about food come from our childhood - spinach makes you strong, fish makes you clever, sandwich crusts make your hair curl, sugar gives you energy, fat makes you fat, brown bread is better than white, orange juice is a great source of vitamin C, porridge is really good for you etc.
These are not scientific based facts, but as we grow up these beliefs are often reinforced by marketing and media (maybe not the curly hair one!)
I encourage you to rethink the way you consume food

Many people follow the government guidelines to:
*eat less
*move more
*reduce fat intake
*choose 'healthy' snacks

If you have tried this approach but still can't lose the excess pounds (often gained gradually over several years) perhaps it is time to accept that the guidelines are not working for you.  The obesity epidemic is only increasing, as are the numbers of chronic diseases, even though we have clear guidelines that many people do stick to.

Why is this? 

These 'healthy' snacks induce an insulin response,  lowering blood glucose and causing hunger.  Eating little and often like this keeps insulin high, potentially causing insulin resistance over time and hindering weight loss
